Return Policy

At Alexius Fit, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items under the following conditions:

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  2. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
  3. Non-returnable Items: Certain items like undergarments, and sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons or marked as final sale.

How to Return:

  2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions for sending back the item.
  3. Once we receive the return and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds:

Refund processing: We ensure quality product and expect quality returns. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at Fit.alexius@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
